ASSET Reliability Division – Administrative Assistant

CWA Engineers Inc. (CWA) is an industry-leading consulting engineering firm that provides services in the ports and marine terminals, and mining, infrastructure, and wood products industries to clients across North America and around the world.

With our expanding client base and growing project needs, CWA is seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant to join our growing ASSET Reliability Division.

Responsibilities include writing and editing proposals and inspection reports, preparing and coordinating meetings, document control, and project filing.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and characteristics:

  • Post-secondary graduate with at least two years of working experience.
  • Two years of proposal/technical writing experience, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
  • Highly-organized and able to multi-task. 
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. 
  • Strong editing and grammar skills and a penchant for creating professional reports, presentations, and documents.
