CWA Engineers Inc. (CWA) is an industry-leading consulting engineering firm that provides services in the ports and marine terminals and mining industries to clients across North America and around the world.

With our expanding client base and growing project needs, CWA is looking for a qualified individual to fill the position of Project Services Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and characteristics:

  • 20 years experience managing the execution of industrial heavy capital projects – preferably infrastructure or wood products related.
  • Degree/Diploma in a related field.
  • Extensive experience in procurement, cost control, and scheduling.
  • Extensive experience with recruitment, mentoring, and contract administration.
  • Proficiency with project management software for scheduling, cost control, and procurement.
  • Experience reviewing documents for accuracy while minimizing risks on all projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment while interacting with colleagues, clients, and contractors.
  • Proven track record of motivating and coordinating teams; skilled in facilitation and problem resolution.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
