CWA Engineers Inc. (CWA) is an industry-leading consulting engineering firm that provides services in the ports and marine terminals and mining industries to clients across North America and around the world.

With our expanding client base and growing project needs, CWA is looking for a qualified individual to fill the position of Contracts Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and characteristics:

  • 15+ years work experience in a contract management-related position supporting engineering or construction projects.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Law, or equivalent.
  • Strong working knowledge of contract law, including contracting terms, conditions, and principles.
  • Extensive experience negotiating and developing contract terms specifically related to engineering and/or construction.
  • Experience handling the RFP process for contractors with heavy industrial projects.
  • Broad understanding of how to best protect company interest and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Approaches every scenario with a time-conscious manner.
