CWA performed project development and feasibility assessments for pulpmill woodroom and chip handling operations at Powell River, Harmac, Port Alberni, Port Mellon, and Crofton (B.C. coastal pulpmills).  These projects include equipment and facilities for log dewatering, debarking, log storage and conveying, chipping, and chip conveying, storage and reclaim.

CWA completed structural and mechanical design, and assisted with implementation of recovery and replacement of chip conveyors, and rebuilt log conveyors, log decks and log breakdown equipment and for the #2 Woodmill rebuild at Alberni Specialites, Port Alberni, B.C.  We developed layouts and budgets for hog fuel conveyor systems, groundwood block reclaim, and fines conveying projects for Crofton, B.C.
